Thank you for your interest in our $139 Introductory Flight Lesson. The Introductory Flight Lesson is the perfect place to start for anyone with an interest in learning to fly. We’ll start by getting you on the schedule with a reservation for an airplane and flight instructor. We’ll simply need your name, email address, and phone number to make the reservation. We’ll also need consent from a parent/guardian if you’re under 18. The lesson will start with an introduction to the airplane and an explanation of some of its systems and components during a pre-flight inspection. We’ll show you how we use our checklists, how we taxi an airplane, and what it’s like to communicate with Air Traffic Control. We’ll then take you on a 35-40 minute flight where you can take the controls and learn some basics of flying an airplane! We typically schedule a 1.5 to 2 hour block of time for the Introductory Flight. The $139 fee includes the sales tax. You can pay with a credit card, a check, or cash. The lesson is dependent on the weather, and your flight instructor will call to reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day of your flight.
